Hailing from Montana, Justin's journey into technology began at an early age. Renowned as the go-to tech whiz in his neighborhood, he effortlessly tackled the tech challenges of friends and family alike. This early passion blossomed into a career path that led him to serve as a dedicated student IT worker at his university for four years.
With a solid foundation in IT engineering, Justin has honed his expertise in resolving intricate network and server issues. However, his true calling lies in bridging the gap between people and technology. Parker Munsey
Born and raised in Missoula, Montana, Parker moved to Colorado to work on ski lifts for a short time before moving back to Missoula in 2013. After working in customer service for six years, Parker returned to school at the University of Montana where he graduated in the Spring of 2023 with a degree in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in Network Management and Cyber Security.

Jeremy Severn
Originally from Maryland, Jeremy has over 20 years of diversified work experience as an Information Technology professional. After earning an undergraduate degree at the University of West Virginia, Jeremy began his professional IT career as a Communications Officer in the United States Army, serving on three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division. Upon completing his military service, Jeremy returned to school and earned a Master’s in Science Degree in Information Technology with a Security Certificate from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has honed his skills in solving complex technical issues, prioritizing clear, straightforward communication, and providing users with practical solutions and easy-to-follow guidance. Jeremy is dedicated to aligning IT solutions with business goals, streamlining operations, and delivering real-world results through effective technology implementation.
IT Help Desk Support and Digital Marketing Coordinator
Katie Finneman
I am excited to continue my journey with TechNellogic in a part-time role following a successful internship this summer. As the IT Help Desk Support and Digital Marketing Coordinator, I provide technical support to clients and resolve IT issues to ensure smooth operations. I also manage our digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, creating engaging blog posts, and executing email marketing campaigns to strengthen our online presence.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems along with a Certificate in Cyber Security. My hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and digital marketing equips me to contribute effectively to TechNellogic's growth while enhancing client satisfaction.
